Gallery Koen strictly adheres to its policy regarding returns and exchanges. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before making a purchase. Kindly note that all orders are custom-made and non-refundable once payment is completed.

1. Returns and Exchanges: Gallery Koen DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges. We emphasize the importance of making a prudent decision prior to purchasing any artwork.

2. Damaged Products: While we ensure thorough inspection before shipping, if you receive a damaged product, it is imperative to notify us immediately. Within 24 hours of receipt, please send an email to info@gallerykoen.com including detailed pictures of the damage. Please refrain from attempting a return without obtaining prior written authorization from Gallery Koen. Returns without proper authorization will not be accepted.

3. Packaging Inspection: We strongly advise you to meticulously inspect the cartons or crates upon delivery. It is crucial to document any damage to the packaging by taking photographs. This step is essential for resolving damage claims.

4. Unpacking and Merchandise Inspection: All cartons and crates must be unpacked in your presence. Carefully examine all merchandise for any signs of damage. It is vital to retain the original packaging until you are completely satisfied with the delivery.

5. Reporting Damage: Any claims regarding damage must be reported to our customer service team at info@gallerykoen.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please ensure that your email includes your order number and comprehensive pictures of the damage, both on the outside and inside of the packaging.
